We accept VISA,MasterCard, Email Money Transfer, and Paypal. The Visa/MasterCard MUST be issued by Canadian Bank, Pcvonline.com does not accept overseas credit card and non-Canadian bank credit card.

Pcvonline.com e is currently offering flat rate shipping starting from $5.99 by UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post, shipment insurance is included. There are no handling or hidden fees, and no minimum purchase necessary. All orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, will be assessed an additional shipping charge Checking Order Status/Tracking shipment

Sales Tax Information
GST (federal tax) is charged at a rate of 5% on all orders. Applicable provincial sales tax is charged only in Ontario, in which PC Village has a business presence. Orders from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland are taxed at a rate of 13% HST.

Échange et Retours
Nous offrons 7 jours (14 jours pour achat en ligne) suivant la réception de votre commande pour les produits non utilisés (incluant tous les manuels et accessoires), avec facture originale. Tous les produits retournés doivent etre en condition revendable, inspectés et approuvés par notre personnel. Il y aura des frais nominale pour les produits qui ont des emballages, manuels ou accessoires manqués Nous couvrirons les frais d’expédions aller et retour pour les 14 premier jours pour les produits défectueux. Cette période de 14 jours commence à partir du jour d’expédition. Veuillez utilisés colis standard car nous rembourserons seulement 50% du frais pour les méthodes d’expéditions non standards, ex Express.
